About the Skedulo Administrator Certification

The Skedulo Certified Administrator credential is designed for individuals who have experience with the Skedulo Pulse Platform and wish to demonstrate their level of knowledge with a professional certification. 

Candidates

Candidates should have thorough understanding of the features available to both end-users as well as declarative configuration capabilities available to administrators. Candidates should also be able to maintain a Skedulo environment, respond to common business requirements, and perform administrative functions using declarative capabilities.

Candidates should have at least 6 months experience as a Skedulo Administrator and should be able to successfully perform the tasks detailed in the exam outline section of this guide.

Purpose of this certification guide

This guide is designed to help you evaluate whether you are ready to successfully complete the Skedulo administrator certification. It provides information about the target audience for the certification, recommended training and documentation, and a complete exam outline—all with the intent of helping you achieve a passing score. We highly recommend a combination of on-the-job experience and self-study to maximize your chances of passing the certification.

About the exam

  • Content: 60 multiple-choice questions
  • Time allotted: 90 minutes
  • Passing score: 75%
  • Participation mode: Proctored certification delivered online (Schedule Exam – login required.)  
  • References: No hard-copy or online materials (including the web and mobile app) may be referenced during the exam.
  • Prerequisites: None required
