The Deskless Productivity Cloud is an all-in-one digital ecosystem designed by Skedulo to streamline the management of deskless workers. It’s a comprehensive suite of tools that supports everything from scheduling and resource management to real-time communication and advanced analytics. This cloud gives organizations a holistic view of their workforce and the ability to optimize operations in real time.

These two core product types, Plan and Engage are a simple way for us to categorise a wide range of core capabilities and tools into two buckets. Why two buckets? Well that’s because there are two primary ways people interact with our solution and manage work. Firstly, planning the work by understanding customer needs, employee movements, skillsets and scheduling exceptions. And secondly, by engaging with each other and information to resolve exceptions and ensure your customers receive the services the’ve requested from you.

Plan capabilities are here to eliminate the pain of manual scheduling and understanding customer needs.
